I started this blog to answer questions and offer advice to anyone in the North Georgia area who has a personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice or worker's compensation case on which they would like some advice.
I have been in business for myself since 2001, but have worked in the legal and insurance professions for my entire career (1989 to Present).
Below is a long list of the things that we do, but simply stated....we focus specifically on personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and worker's compensation. We believe that specializing in one area of law gives the clients the unique benefit of having an attorney they know has a lot of experience when handling their case. We also believe that client service is key. We return phone calls promptly, and always treat clients with respect. When a new client places their case in our hands, they can be sure their case will be handled by myself exclusively, and not a junior attorney or assistant. Consultations are free and services provided are paid out of any settlement we reach for our clients. That means in most cases, you don't pay us until you get paid.
